The Wii MotionPlus is an expansion device for the Wii Remote video game controller that allows it to more accurately capture complex motion. This is a really nice enhancement to my favorite gaming console :D I must admit that both Microsoft and Sony seem to have come up with two solutions that seem much more powerful than Nintendos, but once again they lack the games at present to take advantage of it.

Project Natal is the code name for a “controller-free gaming and entertainment experience” byMicrosoft for the Xbox 360 video game platform. Based on an add-on peripheral for the Xbox 360 console, Project Natal enables users to control and interact with the Xbox 360 without the need to touch a game controller, through gestures, spoken commands, or presented objects and images.

And finally Sony introduced their very own Motion Controller for it’s PS3 console. Again this looks very very very cool! Infinite possibilities for such an accurate device. The tracking you will see in the demo is just amazing.

What do you think? Which device could do the most for education?
